DRV8317 is an integrated three-phase DC motor driver that supports voltage up to 24V and current up to 5A. It can be controlled via SPI interface and supports PWM frequency up to 200 kHz. It has integrated protection features (UVLO, OVP, CPUV, OCP, OTW/OTS).
