Boardoza Rotary Encoder Interface Breakout Board
The Rotary Encoder Interface Board is a compact interface solution designed to provide reliable connection between mechanical rotary encoders and microcontroller-based systems. The board provides access to the encoder’s A and B quadrature signals as well as the integrated push-button switch output.
RC filtering is implemented on the A and B signal lines to help reduce contact bounce and high-frequency noise generated by mechanical encoders. The switch line also features a pull-down resistor and RC filtering to provide a more stable digital output.
The board is suitable for use with Arduino, STM32, ESP32, and other microcontroller platforms.
