Boardoza TPS62A02N 3.3V Synchronous Buck Regulator Breakout Board

This board is designed based on the Texas Instruments TPS62A02N device and implements a synchronous step-down (buck) DC/DC converter optimized for high efficiency and compact form factor. The device integrates power switches capable of delivering up to 2 A of output current.

Under medium to heavy load conditions, the device operates in pulse-width modulation (PWM) mode at a 2.4 MHz switching frequency. At light loads, it automatically transitions to power-save mode (PSM) to maintain high efficiency across the entire load current range. Shutdown current consumption is minimized.

An integrated soft-start circuit limits inrush current during startup. Additional built-in features include overcurrent protection, thermal shutdown protection, and an optional power-good function.
