Boardoza E22-900M22S LoRa Transceiver Breakout Board
The E22-900M22S breakout board integrates Ebyte’s E22-900M22S LoRa® module, built around the Semtech SX1262 long-range RF transceiver. This new-generation radio supports the 850–930 MHz ISM bands (including 868 MHz and 915 MHz), delivers up to 22 dBm output power, and is specified for communication distances of several kilometers in line-of-sight conditions.
On the breakout, the module’s SPI interface (CS, SCK, MISO, MOSI) and control pins (DIO1, DIO2, BUSY, NRST, RXEN, TXEN) are brought out to convenient pads/headers, making it easy to connect to popular MCUs such as STM32, ESP32 or Arduino-class boards. The onboard 32 MHz high-precision TCXO provides excellent frequency stability over temperature, which is important for narrow-band LoRa links and operation in harsh outdoor environments.

Key Features
- Maximum transmission power of 160mW (22dBm), software multi-level adjustable;
- Support the global license-free ISM 868/915MHz band;
- Support air date rate of 0.018-62.5kbps in the LoRa™ mode;
- Supports up to 300 kbps in FSK mode;
- With large capacity, FIFO supports 256 Byte data cache;
- SF5 spreading factor supports dense networks;
- IPEX and stamp hole are optional, which is convenient for secondary development and integration.
- SMA Female Connector on Board
